Thanks so much for checking out this online course.

When I designed it, I particularly wanted to offer a short, practical course that showed how important kindness is. It is especially designed to fit around a busy life, as well as working with the ways in which we can forget kindness.

I thought it was important to start with kindness for ourselves because so often we forget that. Kindness for other people follows on naturally. There is also a session on kindness for the environment—which seems very relevant right now.

As always, scientific research is referenced so you can see how these methods really work.
