How to Make Kindness Matter at Work
Your 30-day Change Programme
All too often kindness in the workplace is side-lined
as a soft skill.
Too many employers think that it has little to do with productivity and profit.
This is a shame because kindness is good for us.
It improves our health
Strengthens our relationships
Reduces stress
Helps us feel more contented
That means it is good for the workplace as well
A work environment that values kindness shows respect for its employees
This can lead to a reduction in absenteeism and an engaged and loyal workforce
As human beings we have a natural capacity for kindness
So, what gets in the way?
We are always rushing
Often, we don’t see when kindness would help
It can be hard to put yourself in someone else’s shoes
Perhaps your boss does not nourish an environment of kindness?
This online course looks into all of this and more and it is full of exercises to help you to work with your habits and fully access your natural kindness

Meet Maureen,

Hello there
Thanks so much for checking out this online course.
This course is especially important to me because it focuses on a topic close to my heart—kindness in the workplace. In recognition of that we have opened up the options for you to take the course. There is more on that coming up in the Enrolment Section below.
Ask yourself what sort of people you want to be around. My feeling is that most of us would say we like being around people who are kind and considerate. It’s no different at work.
The course has lots of exercises to enable you to deepen your natural capacity for kindness. As always, scientific research is referenced so you can see how these methods really work.
Hope to see you on the course!
The course opens on 23 January 2020
and runs for thirty days

What people have said about the course
This course is full of wonderful ideas for improving conditions in the workplace, but also for each of us individually to find new ways to discover peace with ourselves and therefore with those we work with.
I love all the videos – so many varieties, from cartoons to scientists to Desmond Tutu – all so inspiring.
Also, there are lots of techniques and simple formulas for us to fall back on when times get tough.
Brilliant and fun!

How to Make Kindnesses Matter at Work is quite a pleasure. Who doesn’t want more kindness?!? The lessons are packed with research-based resources that I look forward to sharing with my colleagues and clients alike. I found Maureen’s personal stories meaningful and appreciate the various ways of exploring my own through the comments, journaling, and Facebook. The format is easy to follow along while the content is inspiring. I expect all who work with persons invested in this programme will benefit from added kindness and connection.
